Latitude Adjustment Deposit/Payment/Refund Policies

We have developed the following reservation and payment policies that are very fair to you, our valued guest, as well as necessary and fair to our long term rental business.

Checking-In      From 14:00 hours

Checking-Out   Until  11:00 hours

PAYMENT DETAILS: Payments are in US funds.

For Individuals

Your reservation can be confirmed with receipt of your total package cost. If you need to cancel your reservation, ½ of your deposit (50%) will be refunded if your cancellation request is received by Latitude Adjustment in writing (email) 45 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival.

If you need to cancel your reservation after full payment has been received by Latitude Adjustment, 30% of your total payment will be refunded if your cancellation request is received by the resort in writing (email) 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival.

Refunds are not available within 14 days of your scheduled arrival. Refunds are not available for early departures.  Any damages will be charged at additional 30% rate.

We advise clients to obtain holiday insurance.
